Room on the Roof

In the past two months WE MAKE CARPETS held residency in this little tower on top of De Bijenkorf right above Dam Square in the center of Amsterdam. WE MAKE CARPETS was asked to create four window designs, especially made for Room on the Roof.

From the 14th till the 27th of September you can see four colorful installations covering over 20 meters of windows on the Rokin/Damrak side of the warehouse.

Aarhus
BOX is LYNfabrikken’s exhibition space located in Aarhus, Denmark. For the last seven years BOX was functioning as an exhibition space for designers to show work in combination with carpets of the Danish Carpet company Ege. WE MAKE CARPETS was asked to build its closing exhibition by making a new, and unique carpet instead of the usual produced carpets of Ege.

We found a challenge and will present a new work in BOX from 9th October until the end of 2015.

Rubberband Carpet
